  It's always a good medium priced restaurant. The servers are always pleasant and willing to help with menu. Glad it's near our house. I especially like it when they send me a coupon. That's what made us go in today.

  Slow, slow, slow. That is the only way I can describe the service at this location. We came here for lunch, and it took over twenty minutes to bring out our salad and burger order from the lunch menu.
  
  The server seemed more interested in talking to the bartender than bringing us our food or refilling our drinks.
  
  I made the stupid mistake of ordering a dessert that didn't come. I waited another 20 minutes then just left.
  
  This was the worst service I have received at a Chili's restaurant, and I will think twice before visiting this location or any other in the future.

  We actually lived three blocks from our store. We are not easy critics, and rarely hand out a five-star unless it is well deserved. We have never had a bad experience at our location on Sunset Drive, of course they had made a few mistakes here and there, but they have always made them right with a great attitude and fairly quickly even when they were very busy on a Friday or Saturday night. A particular note is the fact that they always ask you as a courtesy, to cut into your stake as soon as they deliver it to you, to make sure it's cooked to your satisfaction. Many fine dining restaurants fail to do this, and especially if it's busy, you're going to wait a long time to get the stuff you ordered. Lastly, the tableside guacamole is extremely highly recommended for guacamole lovers.
