She rolled her eyes 3 times when another manager working on the hashbrowns was in her way. What happened to the 6 service steps. Back in the day we had giant cash registers to work, we had to know the prices ,write it down and add it up. Not to mention we had to know how to add tax. Then we actually had to figure out the change in our head! Amazing! We also were friendly, fast and efficient. Sad that she told me they were busy and that was her excuse for poor service. She had 3 customers. We would run 6 registers with 5,6,7 or more deep in our lines. Would love to get behind the front counter and show today's employee what hard work is.August 02, 2016
