  I'm sitting here at the drive thru window. I got charged $5 on accident because the person in front of me pulled away without taking their food. And I was refunded and paid for my food, but I've been sitting here for twenty minutes now. I'd leave too if I hadn't paid already. The cashiers seem slow and confused. She's walked away from the window three times to do some weird, distressed potty dance sort of thing, which just distracts the people making food. The two other times I've been here, they've gotten my order wrong, so I'm expecting a big error. I'd rather drive to my hometown an hour and a half away, get their Panera, come back, and eat than waste my time at this dump. At least I'd be watching trees pass by instead of watching the 'struggle.' The management needs to step up here.
