  I'm giving this bakery two stars not because of their product, but because
  of their total lack of Customer Service.
  Four ladies behind the counter, not one looked up, much less said a word to me.
  How about 'good morning'? You wonder why folks don't shop in Waukesha?
  You need to find some staff that cares
  about what they're doing. I saw your sign on the door: Now hiring - I thought to myself, who would want to work here?

  This is going to be short and sweet. Nothing spectacular. Maybe there cakes are great but there case goods are not. Had a Eclair it was frozen in the middle. How old was this . Expected it to be fresh. Cupcake was dry and hollow in the middle. Cookies were very bland . If every thing was fresh I could see the price but we will never know how old this bakery is. Beware there samples are fresh case goods not.

  Ordered our wedding cupcakes from Sweet Perfections, which were supposed to have pacific blue frosting and silver sparkles (we even dropped off a swatch from Davids Bridal). The day of our wedding, we ended up with tan frosting. The taste and texture were also much different compared to our cake tasting. When I called immediately to report the mix up, the owner, Ken, insisted that I had emailed him to change the color of the frosting. When I asked him to provide the email address, he quickly stated that it was "archived" and that the bakery was closed and he would have to look into it later. I finally heard back over a week later, with a sad excuse for an apology and an offer for a small refund for the color of the blue swirl. Needless to say, I would not recommend this bakery.
