  Went for ice cream, flavor of the day was cookie dough craving. In my whole cake cone I had one cookie dough piece. Definitely left me craving cookie dough. Very disappointed and will not return.

  I am an ex employee of this location and the workers there were and still are extremely rude. They have no patience and their quality of food produced here is very poor. I ordered extra crispy fries and I saw a person in the kitchen roll their eyes at me and when I got my fries, they were cold and tasted basically raw. When I talked to the GM, he said "I guess you can come in and get a refund," not sounding sorry and sounding irritated. I'd expect that, all though I did work there before, that I should recieve the same respect from the employees as any other customer would. Today, I went in and asked for a Crispy Chicken and an onion ring and I am very disappointed in the results of my food. My chicken sandwich was overloaded with mayo and there were seven, small cold onion rings that didn't even fill the bag. Poor quality and poor service and I do not plan to go to this Culvers location again because I want "Welcome to Delicious" not "Welcome to great another customer we have to waste our time with."
